The Booking Process
There are various methods of finding the apartment which is right for you, and which method you use depends very much on your preferred methods of surfing!
- SEARCH for your property, by key criteria such as
- TYPE of property
- AREA
- HOW MANY people you are
- Use the QUICK SEARCH function on the top left hand side of all pages IF YOU KNOW the name or the PID (Property ID) of the property you are interested in
Once you have identified the property for you, then contact us by using the CONTACT US FORMS which are accessible from the listings pages and the properties homepage by clicking the link
You will be asked to fill in certain key information, and to submit the form. AT THIS STAGE IT IS NOT BINDING. Following your contact, one of our Consultancy Staff will be in touch to work through the simple process of securing the reservation.

All of our team visit all the properties on a regular basis and as such they know each property intimately and are able to answer your questions and advise on the best options for you based on your needs.

Once you have identified a property that is right for you
Once you have chosen a property which suits your needs according to your taste, budget and needs, then you will confirm that with your consultant, either verbally or by email, and the finalisation process can be carried through
Finalisation/ Confirmation Process
Once you have confirmed with your consultant that you would like to go ahead with a reservation of a property, there are a few simple steps to be followed through ...
- Your Consultant will send you 2 Documents by EMAIL ATTACHMENT
- Invoice - This is the invoice for the cost of the rental, and should be paid either in part or in Full (Depending on when the rental is taking place) directly to the Bank Account specified on the invoice
- Contract - The contract will have to be signed and sent back to us.
At this point, once the above is completed, our Operations Team will be in touch to arrange the detail of your stay. They will want to know certain key informations such as ...
- Number of Guests
- Sleeping arrangents (So that the property can be correctly set up)
- Extra Services required
- Airport Transfers
- Cleaning Services
- Grocery Packs
- ETC ETC
- Arrival Details (Dates/ Times etc)
- Contact numbers (Mobile phones/ mobile email, if possible)
