This is a lovely one bedroom apartment in a very well kept building. It has been furnished to a high standard and is fully equipped.
Close to all amenities it is perfect for either congresses or holiday rentals.
The apartment is very well decorated and has a very warm feel about it. The bedroom has a large double bed which has access to the terrace through double sliding doors, the shutters are electric.
The living room is comfortable and has 2 nice couches one of which is also a double sofa bed.
You can also access the terrace through the fully equiped kitchen and have a nice breakfast in the sun!
Although the apartment is near the centre of town, it has fully double glazed doors and windows making it very quiet indeed. It also boasts individual air conditioning for the rooms.
