The Excelsior apartment is in the quiet and tranquil Petit Juas area of Cannes, which also benefits from being just a few easy minutes walk from the Croisette, the Palais des Festivals and the delights of the Marche Forville.
This apartment is on the ground floor of a period building, and benefits from amazing architecture and design as well as being modern and beautifully furnished.
One enters the building via a secure courtyard entranceway. On entereing, one is struck by the high ceilings, wooden floors and period features. Although modern and light, the design has been faithful to the "Belle Epoch" style of the building and surrounding area.
The living area is fairly large and runs into a small dining area which opens up to the garden, allowing good light and an open feel.
The bedrooms are small but well apportioned and comfortable. The Master bedroom is the larger one and it benefits from a small study space under the open windows.
2 bathrooms server the 3 bedrooms. One is a large bathroom with a bath unit and the 2nd is smaller with a full standup shower unit.
Kitchen wise, it is likewise open to the patio terrace and is well set out and has all modern conveniences.
The Patio Garden although small is very well secluded and very well maintained with local flora and is a comfortable and pleasant place to spend long lunches and longer evenings!
